If  you&#8217;re looking for the sample using code, then this is not what you&#8217;re  looking for.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>1)<\/strong><\/span> Start with NEW windows form projec. When new  project has been created, click the &#8220;Data Source&#8221; tab and choose &#8220;Add  New Data Source&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"195\" height=\"263\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>2)<\/strong><\/span> Choose &#8220;Database&#8221; and then click OK<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"459\" height=\"190\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>3)<\/strong> <\/span>Click &#8220;New Connection&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"439\" height=\"203\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>4)<\/strong><\/span> on Default, the connection is set to SQL, to  make database connection using Access then you need to change it as in  the picture below.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"184\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>5) <\/strong><\/span>Select &#8220;Microsoft Access Database File&#8221; then  click OK.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"197\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>6)<\/strong><\/span> The Data Source has been changed to  &#8220;Microsoft Access Database File (OLEDB)&#8221;. Now you need to load your  database file to the project. To do this, click &#8220;Browse&#8221; and point to  your database file then click OK to  proceed. After all set up, you can click on &#8220;Test Connection&#8221; to check  the connection status. Once you ready, continue to next step by clicking  OK button. From here, just  click on &#8220;NEXT&#8221; button until you reach the part as seen in the picture  in STEP 8<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"182\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>8) <\/strong><\/span>Make sure the &#8220;Tables&#8221; is checked and click  &#8220;Finish&#8221; to proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"502\" height=\"385\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>9)<\/strong><\/span> Now back to Data Sources  window, left click Birthday Table and choose &#8220;Details&#8221; (see picture  below)<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/i932.photobucket.com\/albums\/ad167\/akangcupez\/DB1-09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">10) <\/span><\/strong>Final step in this tutorial. While holding  mouse left click on the icon beside\u00a0 &#8220;ID_Name&#8221;, drag and drop it to the  form. To navigate through the  records in your database, use navigation button on top of the form. You  can also execute : Add and Remove command.\u00a0 Press F5 to run the program.
